Toronto is a health, wellness and fitness company geared towards helping
you lead a higher quality life. Allow me to share with you an inspired,
refreshing approach to fitness.
Personal Training
We will work
together to help you reach your own personal, physical best and achieve
your fitness goals. I will develop a personalized and individual
comprehensive plan including all vital components of fitness training
including: cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and
flexibility. I can help you lose weight, increase strength, improve
body composition and build muscle. My main areas of focus are on beginners and intermediate level clients.
Personal Chef
Through one-on-one consultation I will develop a menu of meals that I will prepare
for you ahead of time, with simple instructions on how to serve it in a
hurry. By taking all of the thinking out
of mealtime you are allowing yourself the (health/financial) benefits of
eating well and making the most of the limited "free" time that you do have at the end of your day. The menu is based on your own likes and
dislikes, the number of meals that you require, any dietary restrictions that
you bring to my attention and the types of foods that you would typically make
for yourself if you had the time.
